I want to make a tool that actually take a input from the users and convert to ERD diagram so i am looking a Library in C# which can do that please if you know so tell me thanks

The phrases "I want to make a tool" and "i am looking a Library in C# which can do that" do not work well: either you are doing the work, or you are looking for someone else to do the work for you.

In the first case, you need to explain what you have tried, where you are stuck, and what help you need.

In the second, it doesn't quite work like that.
We do not do your work for you.
If you want someone to write your code, you have to pay - I suggest you go to Freelancer.com and ask there.

But be aware: you get what you pay for. Pay peanuts, get monkeys.
