Progress bar with percentage of completion in ASP.NET

Hi,
I need to Program progress bar with percentage of completion. Since the data load time will be probably for 3 to 10 Seconds for that am using ajax progress bar which displays Please wait. for the same i need to show the progress bar with the level of completion. can any one suggest me a better idea..
