Where is Google Play Store API reference?

I found Windows API reference for Windows Runtime apps:

Windows API reference is different from WinRT, because WinRT is limited for Store apps.

Now i am searching the same thing for Android Play Store.
I found:

But i feel it is not what i need or no?

In simple words i need API reference for Android Play Store.
