How to start coding in cordova in Visual studio 2013.

Hello, i downloaded Update 4 for visual studio 2013 for mobile development with cordova. Now i want to learn how to start coding and what is Winjs, Angular JS and Backbonejs.
I need some tips or tutorials to develop and why we have to use the three js libraries in mobile development.
I downloaded the three samples from Microsoft but i am unable to understand the scenario or workflow of execution.

"I am unable to understand..." is not informative. You need to explain what exactly is your problem. To be able to do so, you need to start with something; then it will be more clear what to ask about, if you even need it.

In the example they used lot of third party js files. But i need to start my basic coding

Nothing, i want to develop an app in Android and IOS. i am a c# programmer, now i want to develop our app into those platforms now i want to learn how to start coding for cross platform development in Visual studio 2015 preview or 2013 update have Cordova platform development
