I want to use the eclipse to make 3D model from 2D ultrasound images. Those 2D ultrasound images use to form layers of the 3D model. Any open source or development tools can help me to do these? Any help would be appreciated!

This is a well-know ill-posed problem. The concept of "solution" in traditional mathematical sense is not applicable, the concept of quasi-solution has been introduced. The whole topic is too complex to discuss it seriously, but please see my Solution 1.

First of all, I already tried to answer you: 3D reconstruction from 2D images[^].

I tried to explain that this is related to some most difficult fields of mathematics, especially in the domain of applied mathematics.

There is a lot of development on related topics, such as:
http://www.aapm.org/meetings/amos2/pdf/42-11977-78022-294.pdf[^],
http://www.wseas.us/e-library/transactions/signal/2010/88-127.pdf[^],
http://www.biomedical-engineering-online.com/content/13/1/124[^],
http://www.researchgate.net/publication/228919802_Development_of_3D_image_reconstruction_based_on_untracked_2D_fetal_phantom_ultrasound_images_using_VTK[^].

It will be much better if you dig into the problem more seriously, learn fundamental literature and related fields of mathematics (with good fundamental education, some years of study could make you competent, but I don't know your present level, if you are asking this question for the second time, it's hard to believe that you can study it for less than a year). You need to start searching for literature yourself: http://bit.ly/1J5mDsh[^].
