when i connect my PC to electricity sockets, my PC turn on before i pressing power buttom. please help me !

Many PC BIOS implementations include a "restart after power fail" option - which means that when the PC detects the power coming back on, it immediately starts the boot up process.

Check in your BIOS (the way to get into the BIOS settings differs from manufacturer to manufacturer, but should be in the motherboard manual, or on their website) for a "power on" option, and turn it off.
