How to print on a preprinted paper with rdlc in winforms c#.net

I need to print on a pre-printed paper. I need to print on the header footer also. I keep hidden textboxes in body to show on header and footer. but when body is large then one page the header and footer do not repeat. I tried keeping the textboxes in header of the table in the body that also failed to repeat. Now could anyone help me on printing on the image. By the way i use list in footer, header and body to repeat data and set the image on the list then put text boxes and table on the image with specific location.
