VSTO Add-in exception at installation time

Trying to install PowerPoint Add-in on client machine having 64 bit Windows 8.1, through one click install gives following error

Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Office.BusinessApplications.Fba, Version=14.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=71e9bce111e9429c' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. (C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VSTO\10.0\VSTOInstaller.config line 10)

I searched much and also tried with many workarounds from blogs and discussions but in vain. It works smoothly with other machines. Any Idea ? Any suggestions would be appreciable.

The discussions which I followed :
1. Outlook addin developed for Office 2010 can not install using clickonce on office 2013
2. Problem with VSTOInstaller.Config

The first message is telling you which file it cannot find.

Thanx Richard but the Microsoft.Office.BusinessApplications.Fba dll is available at the location in GAC i.e : C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\assembly\GAC_MSIL.

Well I am afraid the message says it is not. So, either it is not looking in the correct location, or the versions do not match.
