OneDrive blocknote onenote c#?

From a short period I started to work with onedrive sdk and I wonder if there is any possibility or if anyone knows an example of how or if it can be created a blocknote? I know how to create word, excel, power point and so on but I couldn't find any way to create a blocknote!

Thank you. I found this link but I was thinking that there is a way to do it direct from OneDrive SDK without OneNote API (as direct from OneDrive SDK you can upload new word file, power point, etc)

But I will follow this link.
