How to play media file in mobile application ?

Hi I am develop mobile application using html and javascript(i am use third party platform Telerik Platform form http://www.telerik.com/[^]),in mobile application how to play mp3,mp4,webem,ogg,oggv,wav and swf files,I try using html5 audio and video tag,some device support some device not support,so u achieve that support all devices like Android,IOS and Window Phone.

And how to play swf file in mobile application,that support Android,IOS and Window Phone.

Note:I don't want download file form server and save into device and play,bcz media file may be 500 MB or more than 1 GB,so i want to play media file first in webpage(aspx) and call that webpage inside mobile device.I did like this,here out of 7 only play 4(mp3,mp4,wav,webem) file other files cant play.
