SSRS bing map, We are getting the first time when we view the report

Could anybody help / share your experiences, while running the bing map ssrs report we are getting the map loaded correctly for the first time. When we are refreshing the page again it is not loading and we are getting some wrong image( which means the map is showing as several dots on it)
