In Mvc5 I Have To Show Category And Sub-Categories Like Tree Structure From Database

I want to show tree like structure.

I have three table one is tbl_group(gid, group_name) and second is tbl_sub_group(sid,sname,gid) and last one is product(pid,pname,p_description,sid).

in left side of page i have to show tree structure of group and sub_group.
and in middle part of page show products.

Just like shopping website.
