Iam Using Windows server 2012 R2 , SharePoint 2013 Enterprise Service pack 1. I am using 5 GB Ram.

I am getting the above error . "The sandboxed code execution request was refused because the Sandboxed Code Host Service was too busy to handle the request. "

I have modifed the registry edit by this URL

"http://blogs.msdn.com/b/sharepointdev/archive/2011/02/08/error-the-sandboxed-code-execution-request-was-refused-because-the-sandboxed-code-host-service-was-too-busy-to-handle-the-request.aspx" . Using all 3 options.

Have you checked that your Sandboxed service is running? If so, kindly check the performance of the machine. As per my understanding 5 GB RAM is not sufficient to run the SP 2013.

Thanks:) I have enabled the sandboxed service. Is there any option to handle the sandboxed service.

For SharePoint 2013 , 5 GB RAM is not good to handle all request. You may be able to perform some operations but some would fail.

Make sure you have enabled the Sandboxed service in your farm to run the sandboxed solution.

Also I would suggest to you to increase the RAM to run the SharePoint 2013. It is not recommendable to run the SP2013 with 5GB of RAM. Read the Hardware and Software requirement here.
