I want to use/port/build the snort software with android OS. So how to do this?

Snort is an open source network intrusion prevention system software application, whose API written in C.

The snort software is available for windows and linux.

I have seen the same question on stack overflow, but there also not proper answer.

perhaps take a look at SwineDroid[^]

Its free and open sourced
