Place List of all followed Hashtags of a user in an array

HI,

Is there a way to place the list of followed hashtags of a particular user in an array in C#?

[Update]: Still constructing the code for that. Thinking of using

SPSocialFollowingManager.GetFollowed().

scenario: User follows #Try, #Get in sharepoint 2013 social news feeds, is there a way to get these hashtags and store it in an array?
