How to #include <windows.h> two or more times?

in the name of allah

hi everyone

i need to create below class:

C++

class my_class : public CWnd{
public:

private:

}

and you know the "CWnd" is delcared in "afxwin.h"
and when i #include <afxwin.h> in my prject, the below error will happened:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\VC\atlmfc\include\afxv_w32.h(16) : fatal error C1189: #error :  WINDOWS.H already included.  MFC apps must not #include <windows.h>

how can i solve it?
