SQL Server 2012 developer version

Hello, I'm hoping to have some help from experienced developers who work with MS SQL Server. I really tried calling Microsoft about this, ask questions, look into different websites and blogs and I couldn't get a straight answer.
Hence, I appeal to you.

Will the SQL Server 2012 Developer Edition allow you to connect with the SSIS folders?
I know for a fact that Express edition won't.

What SSIS folders? SSIS is a Visual Studio project. Are you saying you want to see SSIS in Sql Management Studio? DTS was that way but SSIS is a VS project.

In Object Explorer use 'Connect' (top menu), and there's
-Database Engine
-Analysis Seervices
-Integration Services
-Reporting Services
-Azure Storage

Using the Integration Services option should lead you to the SSIS Folders in the server, where you can import/export SSIS packages.
I know it's not the recommended standard, but that's what I need right now ;)

Solution 1

If you google for sql server compare editions you can find the links. Here is one:

It says that developer has the same feature set as Enterprise and SSIS is on the list.
