How to all these things can it be possible?

1. The end user should not edit the document header, footer or the margins. these should be locked by password. user only access body text formatting.

2. This document should contain hidden properties like WorkID and UserID etc. (how to set it)

3. The above hidden properties should be read by c# program when the user uploads this document. The uploaded file should be placed in its assigned UserID and WorkID in the database


How to read and write hidden properties which should not visible to users may be by VBA or C# any
