Hi, I have to Implement Text To Speech in Asp.net by using a file soapi.wsdl. I have no experience that how to use it. can Any one guide me with Your good Experience.

Solution 1

By soapi.wsdl I would assume you mean SOAP.
In that case, it will be very difficult to answer this question as only you are aware of the schema of the web service you are trying to talk to.

Check if you have some documentation that you can consult.
