How to capture technical Metadata from SSIS

Dears,
currently i'm working on an ETL project using Sql Server Integration service (SSIS) and i want to capture the metadata like (the source table, the transformation occurred ,the destination )
how can i access those metadata , i know there are a system variables like the package Id ,and package name,but sadly there is now variable describe the source and destination used in the package.
