Hello. I am an electrical engineer, and i love , programming languages, digital world, and computer, but i don't have any information about those. how do i do and how and from where do i start?

Very general question, but I can feel with you, same happens to me (I like to dive into bit stream :) ).
I suggest: Ask you about some Basic Tasks to solve and try to solve it by yourself.

Solution 1

Depends on what you need to do.
If you have some experience with C or C++, start with those languages.
If you want to build websites, you might want to pick up some web development languages like HTML and JavaScript.
