Apachee is not running in xampp

I changes the port no 80 to 81 in httpd.conf. Also stop skype. But also Apache is not running. Also it didn't show any error. It just show busy.........

can anyone tell me how I can I solve this?

In my case with port 81 worked. i think it must be in used by other application. you can try with port 800 or 801. If you can post error log then it could be much easier to answer.
