How to Record in ms access to which user make changes in my database or append new record or delete or edit my record i define 04 user in my application Ms-access from database security level application.i want to know which user make changes in record append or delete or edit some thing else.....

That is called an "audit trail", and it's well covered on the internet.

A lot of it will be specific to Access, and assume you are using Access Forms, but the general principles are the same regardless of your presentation software.
