How to Record in ms access to which user make changes in my database or append new record or delete or edit my record i define 04 user in my application Ms-access from database security level application.i want to know which user make changes in record append or delete or edit some thing else.....

To be honest, I am not so sure what is the connection between MSAccess and a Key-Logger.

Where did you get the term "key logger" from, and exactly what are you trying to achieve?
This is important, because a "key logger" is a specific type of software that is normally used for reading keyboard data and storing it or sending it in order to bypass security systems - and it's possible that you are using it meaning something else entirely!

That's better!
And you were *that close* to having your account closed..."key logging" is a term specific to malicious software which steals passwords and so forth: hence our questions. If you had been writing a key logger, then we would not have been helpful, you would have been banned form the site, and so forth!

You have to know which user is logged in your application and send that data along into the database. There are also built-in functions in (most) databases to get the user. Simply write it along with the rest of the data.

That is called an "audit trail", and it's well covered on the internet.

A lot of it will be specific to Access, and assume you are using Access Forms, but the general principles are the same regardless of your presentation software.
