How to add reference to Microsoft.Office.Interop.excel for Excel 2013?

I have a Desktop based application in which i want to add reference to Microsoft.Office.Interop.excel for Excel 2013. I seem to not find any way to do that. Neither are the PIA's available for Excel 2013.

Please help.
