How to create video player for windows 8 metro app which supports mkv,flv?

Hi i want to develop a video player for windows 8 or 8.1. I want to make this application to support all types of formats like mkv,flv,and etc,. I have heard that it is possible using vlclib.dll. But I don't know how to do it. Can anyone help me to make media player for windows store.
