How Do I Change My Port Number In Http:Conf File

Hello,

I am trying to setup drupal into my Desktop.so i started with installation of Apache HTTP Server..at the end of installation i need to change the http:conf file in C:\Program Files (x86)\Apache Software Foundation\Apache2.2\conf this location.but it is not allowing me to change the port number..showing me "access denied!" error.

Please help me out from this authentication issue. i tried one of suggested solutions that before changing the config file i am running notepad as "Administrator" still i am getting the same error .please help me on this.
