how can I add ContextMenu that will open in PopupControl

I have a project in MVC using DevExpress in the view
I tried to add ContextMenu that will open in PopupControl
but dont found how can I do it
I tried to do: settings.SettingsContextMenu.EnableRowMenu = DefaultBoolean.True;
but its open not in PopupControl
