You better ask from DevExpress support center regarding issues of paid products. Have you search on previous tickets in DevExpress support forums?

There are many workaround posted on that thread. you can try them, if all those failed, go ahead and search for few other previous similar posts.
If none of those workarounds helped, ask detailed question on DevExpress forum with what have you tried and the how to recreate the issue etc..
