CDateTimeCtrl dialog dismissed

When using this control it is dismissed after about 5-8 seconds whether or not I am scrolling month using arrows. It thought it was only dismissed after entering date?

Thanks for the reply, I figured it out myself. The problem was that I was allowing an ::OnPaint() event to lose focus on the CDateTimeCtrl dialog causing it to dismiss.
