how to host asmx service inside window application and access it.

Hi,

i need to add a web service inside a window form application and it should be started when someone open the windows form application.

due to data security client do not want to host web service on a common server , what he wants that when user open a desktop application , fill the form it will save data in some xml file on his computer only and using the web service by ip address , other user can get that data from xml file. all the pc will be on the same network and use of internet is not allowed. i know that somehow we can host wcf service within the window application but not familier much with wcf. does someone have any idea.
