Is there any good commercial software available capable of creating a mirrored volume on a system running Microsoft Windows XP? Windows XP itself cannot be used to create a mirrored volume unless you have the Server version.

You mean like mirrored RAID? Any hardware you have for running your RAID set would have come with the required software (or handle it with firmware).
