Allow script initiated windows without size or position constraints - check through javascript

Hi Team,
In internet explorer, under security tab -> Custom Level settings, there is an option to enable or disable "Allow script initiated windows without size or position constraints" under Miscellaneous option.
Is there any way we can check this through javascript?
If Activex is enabled, we can check by creating ActivexObject in javascript.

Any help appreciated.
