Rendering Cloths on 3d Model

During these days, we are having our project defense of bachelors in our university. As final year project I want to create virtual dressing room android application.
My question is:

Is this idea feasible? Is it feasible to create 3D avatar using OPENGL ES in android application? Can we customize it according to desired measurements of body? How would we render cloths on 3d avatar?
