Display Warning summary in ASP.Net web application

I have created Asp.net web page registration form with 15 controls. I have to check validation for all these controls and display warning summary like vs studio compile warning summary.

These should be just warning not error, so user can correct their warning and submit or else user can submit without correcting error.

And if user click the any of the warning, the control will focus to appropriate controls. Please help me to achieve this or give any idea to do this.
