problem : copying from seveur the external disk: got so many errors

Hello everyone

I make weekly backup of data in the server company in an external hard drive, good most of the time I do the backup while working hours so everyone has access to the server, my problem is the following: copying is erroneous it shows me errors and I do not know the cause, I think it is because of sharing data when copying ?????

What do you think. ????

Solution 1

You will get errors when the backup program tries to access already opened files (by other users) there is very little you can do but backup in off-hours.
