Hi,

I got the below socket error message in windows xp client machine only.But in windows 7 machine we are not getting any error.

[Fiddler] The connectin to "machine ip"(ip address) failed.
Error: HostUnreachable (0x2751).
System.Net.Sockets.SocketException
A socket operation was attempted to an unreachable host.(ip address)

can anyone find the reason and advice me. i tried to find the reason but it fails.

Unfortunately, this is something you'll have to troubleshoot.

Possible causes are network configuration, firewalls, anti-virus programs, malware, spamware, etc.

The error essentially says that your XP machine cannot connect to that IP address. I suggest trying pinging the IP and start with that.
