Sharepoint 2010 create a parent-child lists

Hi guys!
I am trying to create patrnt-child lists in SP 2010 foundations.
I have a list 1 of projects with the main data (like 15 fields) for the projects:
Project 1 field11, field12..field15
Project 2 field21, field22..field25
Project 3 field31, field32..field35
Project 4 field41, field42..field45
etc
, and I want a user to be able to access another list with data for the specific project, something like click on Project 1 and he will see the list 2 with People (for example) and their info for the Project 1.

Is it possible in SPF 2010? any help will be great!
