Error 2104 “Unhandled Error in Silverlight Application

when i run my silverlight project this error will appear:
Error: Unhandled Error in Silverlight Application
Code: 2104
Category: InitializeError
Message: 2104 An error has occurred.
also in my project following MIME types have added :

.xaml application/xaml+xml
.xap application/x-silverlight-app
.xbap application/x-ms-xbap
but this error dos not fix!
please help me.
