How to Get user Access unique ID for Lnkedin with out Authenticate using their EmailID or Mobile Number

Hi Friends,

I have created Desktop application. in this app. i have User Enail MailID or Mobile/Phone Number using any one of this how can i get user access ID(Unique ID)(This id is identify the particular(Exact) user) or User Access URL.
Purpose of this :
I want to Post their walls or sending a mail to that particular user using this User access ID or URL with out any authentication.

So please can any one suggest me on this......

Why do you think any decent system would allow you to post without being authenticated?

Thanks for your reply. actually my requirement is i have user EmailID or Mobile number using this i need to post some data to their walls (ex: Linked in , Facebook, Google+, twitter etc..). for achieving this i need to get user Access ID.
example: In Facebook some of the adds or offers shopping site they are posting in to our timeline using our Emaill MailID or Mobile number the same thing i want to do here.. can u suggest me on this..

You would need to read the documentation for each of the systems that you wish to post on. Go to the developer web pages for each and check there.
