how do I create a run a local website(may be on apache tomcat,xampp or wamp ) on dc++

I have created my website. I Jst wanna run this on lan so that this can be used productively . can any one suggest any method to run this on lan?? As I wont be gettin permission to post on lan I thought of Dc++..
