Implement RSS in a ASP.Net Web Forms for news

Hello. My company has a web site made with ASP.Net Web Forms.
The web site permits authorized users to insert news with a title, an image and a text. And to display the news on the database, there is a page that receives the id of the row of the table on the database with the new and displays it.

I need to consume the RSS on a mobile app. The mobile part i can manage.

I am new to RSS, and i can not create a strategy at the moment to implemente it on the website and consume it.

Can you help me please? Just point me to what i have to do, to achieve the above, and i'll do it. Or recommend me some link. As i don't have much time, Reading a book with lots of pages won't serve.
