Apprenticeship and hard work.

Now we have two scenarios here.
1) Web Designing according to your question
2) MVC as you mentioned it too.

So let me explain both
You are a beginner as you said, so you must start learning the basics to learn what a webpage is made of?
For this purpose you need to learn HTML, CSS in start and then jquery/javascript to enhance the quality and feel of the webpages you design.
I would refer you to learn it from W3schools

When you ll have at least the how know of design, then you go to the next step called Development.

Now in development you need to learn the architecture and frameworks.
According to you MVC is prefered.
We welcome you to the family with respect.
You ll find This very helpful for learning MVC.
But make sure you understand the basic architecture of asp.net first.

Wish you a best of luck and a good career ahead.

thanks saqib, i'll follow that.
I would start by having a look here MSDN Beginner Developer Learning centre[^]

After that I would think of a project that you would like to make, learn from your mistakes as like many of us you will make many.

thank you but Tacitly i introduce myself so below level i work in.
i did it because of receiving more simple articles or books.i have brief knowledge about MVC and Asp and C# and Cpp, i repeat "brief knowledge".
solution written by you has less than 5% usefully for me.i thank you for your attention but please advance its level.
i need to have a question-answer book or article that contains frequently raised questions.
thanks for your solution and i am waiting for next.

Well then if the beginner centre is to basic for you then the best that I can suggest is to start writing a project of your own. That will test your skills and point you towards areas that you need to learn.

That is a method that I have used many times and found it to be more helpful that just reading a book or article.
