Chunked Encoding of Audio Stream

I want to store the live streaming audio in the mp3 file. The input is coming from the Microphone. While processing the mp3 file is to be converted to the text file; and during this process the limitation of the file size that is handled at a time is 2MB. But during the processing the word break up and the loss of data is there. Suggest any solution if you have?
