Is there a way to convert VML html code into SVG html code

Hi,

I have charting options in my web portal & charts are developed using VML. But as we know, VML becomes obsolete with IE10 & also not supported by other browsers I need to convert the code into SVG as it later supports major browsers.

Is there any tool or method to convert my existing VML html code into SVG html code.

Thankx for reply Maciej. But I have downloaded this one this is a PHP code. And I have never worked on PHP. While trying to run this code, it throwing error.
