PDF printWithDialog bug

Hi,

I have PDF that is displayed in a browser and to print it using a link i use the printWithDialog function. The problem is that the print dialog by default has the Print Range set to Pages : 1. The user has to click on the "All Pages" option everytime.
If i click on the print toolbar button then the print dialog uses the "All Pages" option. But if i use the printWithDialog function to launch the dialog, then its a problem.

Can we programmatically set the "All Pages" option when launching the print dialog?

No, you have literally no control when printing with javascript.
