How to automatically store google doc spreadsheet data into sql server using asp.net?

Hi,
I am opening the excel file in google doc spreadsheet using asp.net, it is working fine, now if some changes are made in that particular google doc spreadsheet i have to save those changes in database(in short i have to create a link between google doc spreadsheet & sql server using asp.net), Is there any way to do this? & can i read the
google doc spreadsheet directly using asp.net?ANy help would be great, Thanks in advance.
