Auto paypal script on php

Hello CodeProject,
i am trying to make auto paypal buttons,
i have made simple buttons like if buyer click on my paypal button then payment will be successfully done and i will receive money and i give him stuff whatever he ask for.
But now i want to make like if buyer successfully make payment via PayPal Button then he will get his stuff. I want to make it with using PHP script, i have seen many peoples who using websites they did it, maybe i can get some tutorial to do it? or maybe someone know about it?
