Hi guys,
I want to submit a Windows Phone Application in store.
I have some question:

1. Is that possible to submit Applications in store by free?

2. For Creating a Developmental account by 19 bucks, can by account with Master card or Visa Card in Microsoft ?

3. or not?

Anyone can get the developer's account for free now..

The difference is you need to go through long procedures to go for a free account and for the ones, who pay money, they will have to complete few procedures.
