zend Framework images are not load

zend framework images are not found in path.

How to specify image path in zend virtually hosted application.(images are in Web_root folder).

I have created a Application_form_Register that extends Zend_Form class.But i got the error
"Fatal error: Class 'Application_form_Register' not found in C:\wamp\www\app"
