Make TCP TLS Connection Using Bouncy Castle #C Example

I was wondering if someone could give me an example of how to make a TCP connection using TLS to a server with the Bouncy Castle API.

It doesn't have to verify certificates or anything like that, just:

1. Connect to the server.
2. Send/Receive Data
